Guiding Chinese Enterprises into Malaysia’s Market
On 19 September 2025, our firm, was invited by the Nanning Arbitration Commission to join the Malaysia Economic & Trade Policy and Market Trends Training Session (马来西亚经贸政策与透支动态培训班). The session focused on Malaysia’s economic outlook, industrial policies, and emerging investment opportunities, helping Chinese enterprises gain a better understanding of the Malaysian market.
Juslyn joined the Q&A session, where she addressed legal-related questions from the participants, and provided guidance on Malaysia’s regulatory framework in foreign direct investment.
The session offered valuable insights into the priorities of Chinese investors’ priorities, enabling us to refine our cross-border legal strategies and reinforcing our position as a trusted legal partner for Malaysia–China business collaboration.
