Key Highlights:
- The ASEAN Legal Practice Exchange Conference, organised by the Nanning Lawyers Association, brought together over 150 ASEAN lawyers to foster dialogue and strengthen cross-border legal collaboration.
- The China–ASEAN Business & Investment Summit explored how AI is reshaping legal service models, including dispute resolution, data analytics, and digital compliance. This year’s forum welcomed over 300 representatives from judicial institutions, chambers of commerce, law firms, legal technology enterprises, experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from China and ASEAN countries.
- Juslyn delivered insightful presentations at the events on foreign direct investment in Malaysia and the Malaysian regulatory framework governing foreign market entry.
What This Means for Us
