As the speaker for the M&A segment, our Partner, Juslyn Chin, delivered an in-depth sharing on the lifecycle of an M&A transaction, outlining the critical stages involved and highlighting the key legal and commercial considerations at each stage. She further addressed common risks that may arise throughout the transaction process and shared practical risk-management strategies and protective measures that businesses can adopt to minimise exposure and enhance deal certainty.
